At lease renewal we extract the best results through the application of the statutory machinery or by amending the lease terms in return for strategic concessions.
We are RICS registered valuers and are regularly called upon to produce valuations on all types of roadside property. We have extensive experience in reducing occupational costs through non-domestic rates appeals and tribunal hearings.

We act for investors and end-occupiers on automotive, mixed use and drive-through developments, working closely with our Clients to model the financial and functional aspects of any given project before initiating the development process. We have established strong working relationships with many practitioners in the property, design and construction sectors and can provide a full development service to our Clients’ specific requirements. Equally we are happy to work with existing consultants and internal property, operations and finance personnel. We are fully scalable and have the capacity to manage national roll-out programmes. We have a proven track record in this regard, having successfully managed an ambitious 15-year expansion programme on behalf of a leading car manufacturer, locating sites and developing more than 200 class-leading motor dealerships across the UK.
